In collaboration with The Horophile and inspired by the Art Deco style of New York, Louis Erard introduces La Petite Seconde Metropolis. Based on Louis Erard's Petite Seconde, the 39mm stainless steel case and signature crown are the only parts of this timepiece that have not been reimagined. The numerals are architectural and sophisticated, and the small seconds is marked only by a simple dot. The disc motif in the center of the dial is grooved to catch the light and divide the two time display areas, while the 5N red gold gilded "Empire" baton-shaped hands recall the great skyscraper of the city. Like a journey between two centuries, this timepiece successfully blurs the lines between the Roaring 20's and our own 20's. Limited series of 178 pieces total for all variations; 59 of each.
