The Mark 2 takes its inspiration from the iconic Porsche 918 Spyder for the body and the Zagato double bubble for the sapphire crystal. The body consists of British racing green CarbonMacrolon attached to a water-resistant titanium chassis. CarbonMacrolon is a composite material developed specifically for MB&F which provides superior strength and weighs eight times less than steel making it extremely versatile. The Mark 2 also features a new type of crown; a "double de-clutch system" which works by pushing it in and turning it three-quarters of a turn to release it, providing additional security to the system.
