Stephen Silver, trained as a geologist and gemologist, built his reputation as one of the world’s foremost experts in colored diamonds and rare gemstones. He is renowned for his work recutting some of history’s most important stones, including the record-breaking Pink Promise Diamond and the Cullinan Blue Diamond Necklace, now part of the Smithsonian collection.
