New Cal-Indian restaurant concept Eylan co-anchors the ground floor of The Villa Menlo Park. The dining destination is the latest creation from Michelin-starred chef Srijith Gopinathan and acclaimed restaurateur Ayesha Thapar, the visionary team behind celebrated Bay Area establishments Copra, Ettan, and Little Blue Door.
With Eylan, the duo brings a bold, globally inspired interpretation of Cal-Indian cuisine to Silicon Valley. The seasonally driven menu revolves around the restaurant’s signature wood-fired grill, with thoughtfully sourced produce and premium proteins prepared over open flames. Dishes are paired with inventive takes on traditional Indian breads, all presented in an atmosphere that is at once vibrant, eclectic, and refined.
