Amrapali is one of India’s most storied jewelry houses, rooted in Jaipur–one of the world’s great gemstone hubs. Rajiv Arora and Rajesh Ajmera first envisioned the Amrapali jewellery brand almost 50 years ago as a celebration of centuries’ old Indian jewelry making traditions.
The house’s bright Meenakari enamel work, uncut colored gemstones, and flattering rose-cut and polki diamonds–hallmarks of traditional Eastern jewels – soon won Amrapali a dedicated following across the world, and the jewelry has been spotted on red-carpets from Bollywood to Hollywood.
Amrapali London is an extension of this storied jewelry maison, with an eye on East and West, distilling the colorful spirit and history of Amrapali to create contemporary luxury jewels with an Eastern DNA.
